I love Day 1 with new patients. Every single one feels like a fresh opportunity to:

One of my closest friends, a phenomenal and principled chiropractor, admitted he hated it. Not because he didn’t love new patients, but because he felt like he had to twist arms, pull teeth, and convince people that chiropractic was the right choice. Over time, that wore him down.

4. Build a Relationship in the Consultation

Your goal isn’t just to get a history, it’s to understand who they are, what matters most to them, and what they truly want. Once you know that, you can show how chiropractic supports their vision.
